1: How it works : As for what I have come to believe and to experience in my life is that  The Mind  is like a chameleon unlike the former it keeps changing our perception of the now and we simply watch astoundingly everything it has to show, sometimes it takes you to the pinnacle of bliss and sometimes it makes the same Mercedes feel like a Fiat 500 afterward, but that how our Minds are. Whenever you think you are under control that's the only time you are  aware of its existence and presence . It is not a good friend if you don't pay him a visit once in a while and let him run the course it will turn out to be a total screw up. It needs your help as much as you need its help to think, access, and establish. All it requires are new experiences to graze upon and time to expand itself. But sometimes we human beings are not so conscious of the  power of the subconscious mind  and start making many irrational decision based on our limited understanding of life. And in time we star

1: Get a College Degree:

Having a degree first of all gives a person a sense of security in this unpredictable world. As of the present scenario in the world  in the amidst of the COVID -19 epidemic the one that are jobless are basically the ones with no college degree, so my point is whatever you do in life you should always have some option to fall back to so that you don’t have to start from the scratch. I am not saying that people who don’t have one are unsuccessful or something my point is simply that it does no harm in having a one and its one of the phase in every human life were he opens up a lot informally and expands his consciousness.





2:Go on a solo Trip to someplace where you think you would find peace:

In India whenever we get frustrated with our 9 to 5 life we take refuge in the mountains mostly the Himalayas to focus on what we really seek .Its advisable that once you should travel alone it’s the best journey to discover oneself when you and the sound within your head knows exactly what you want at the particular moment, it’s purely liberating and once in a life calling which one would experience only when he is alone. It would make you ask the question like the Jackie Chan movie-Who am I? .. lol but worth considering.




3: Find a Soulmate:  

You can’t just say that you spend the thirty years of your life without developing affection for someone special. Don’t believe people who say that when the right time will come you will meet the right person. .that just BS. Make the move fast you miss 99% of the shots you don’t take...it’s one of the most important stage of life. After this I don’t assure your life would be a fairy tale....but yah I can assure you that would have someone that at least help it make one for you.


4:  Get a complete body checkup:

Fun fact...did you now before the age of 30 the no of cells that die every day in our body are replaced by far more number of cells, but after 30 the opposite start to happen ...we start aging from this point of time so whatever bad habits you have developed its high time that you should nip those in the bud. We have to put a check to what we eat, what we drink and what we breathe. An average American between the age group (30-35) have reported symptoms of diabetes type 2, first stage 2 Mild CKD and the major factor being stress. Don’t you think it’s too early to develop such disease in life we have to take health as a priority I don’t know why so many youngsters are throwing themselves to the detrimental habits of smoking and drinking and thinks it’s cool....it’s not cool. Regular health checkup should be a priority after all it’s your life.








5: Do something that scares the shit out of you:

Take the guitar class or the martial arts or the kickboxing class you were planning to join. Don’t hesitate you will never find a time better than this in your life to utilize and expand your mind. Once you are a family guy I don’t know how much of a great planner you are you would hardly find time for yourself and always find an excuse around the family chores. So if you are adrenaline junkie go for sky diving, para gliding, bungee jumping whatever that keeps you going ....Just Do It.

 


6:  Start saving early:

 

Did you know that one of the world's richest person warren buffet still lives in the house in which he and his first wife use to live, don’t you think he can afford a house of size 10 times of it...but he still chooses to live in the same old house. Just because you have money more than you need, you start squandering on this which you don’t need and buying just to fill that emptiness which you think can only be fulfilled by material investment. Start saving for a rainy day you never know what might happen in the future save for the house you wanted to buy or the stocks you want to invest.



7: Never fall in debt trap:

A lot of Americans  are buried under their credit card debt, they live paycheck to paycheck which is an alarming situation in one of the world’s biggest economy. The banks give you the illusion that you the deserve the money and you spends it like it’s your own hard earned money and hence fall prey to the well-orchestrated trap laid down by financial institutions. Many of you must be not aware but financial education is a thing most of the people are not financially educated they just see the bling bling.



8: Develop a side hustle:

Develop multiple sources of income it may be something you are passionate about but you are not professionally successful there but you want to see it as your  primary source of income in the near future. For example I am an IT engineer but I am passionate about blogging and want to be a professionally renowned blogger but I am not quite there yet since it’s my first blog...I hope you get what I mean.



9: Get involved in day to day Physical habit:

It is said that a man can attain his best shape before 30 once you cross this golden mark there is no going back. We all have got one life one shot to this human life why won’t we do something within our grasp to prolong this experience as far as possible. I am not asserting that you should hit gym a regular 20 -30 min of any physical activity, a brisk walk even has  a remarkable impact on  the quality of your life.



 

10: Get a tattoo:

Yeah I know one thing nobody whosoever got a tattoo never got any regrets. Find a good artist show him the design or the idea you have in your mind something which represents you closely and get it inked ASAP. Dont be skeptical about it let the magic roll.Heres a tattoo joke

My parents said that if I got a tattoo I'd have to get it in a place that didn't matter...

So I got it in Appleton, Wisconsin.
