1: Zumba is not a dance



Most of the people around the around the world think Zumba is a dance form, but on the contrary it’s a fitness routine inspired by dance. It’s something which was discovered accidentally when a Columbian aerobics teacher forget to bring his cassette tape for his class, so he improvised brought his Latin dance music and started to mix aerobics with the Latin music and created the magical fitness program in the world which is now celebrated as Zumba dance. People started talking about this classes wherever they go and its name started spreading across the world from the word of the mouth.



2:Zumba within itself is too wide:


Zumba within itself is too diverse. It’s basically designed program to bring out the necessary changes one thinks it’s missing within oneself. There are evidently 10 different types of Zumba regime and let me tell you everything is one hundred percent fun. Your body feels rich after just one hour of the class, infusing life within you from all the corners of your soul. Zumba for beginners is like a happy drug expierence  you forget about everything once you start the class every worry, stress just disappears as you get yourself involved.

Most of the Zumba routines are one hour long and one can easily lose 350-450 calories easily and faster than if you go for any other extensive practices like kickboxing or aerobics. But all this said even Zumba can’t help you unless you fail to maintain one important discipline in your life that is calorie deficit  in your diet without it whatever you do won’t aid much in your fat loss journey.


4: Not everyone can teach you zumba:



You shouldn’t be learning Zumba from anyone who claims to be a Zumba teacher so ask your gym or the CrossFit management for the proof of the certification of the trainer after all it’s an exorbitant learning you don’t want to be guided by someone in the wrong capacity. They have a license which has to be renewed every year according to the improvised training regime ,so make sure to investigate before joining any such class because a lot of scammers are out their try to swindle your money in name of Zumba.
